Thanksgiving Recap

Just a few shots of some of my Thanksgiving day treats! I didn't take any pictures, I was too busy cooking for 14(!). Luckily my mom took a few. Thanks mom!

Appetizer: Spanish tortilla with aioli

Appetizer: bacon, bleu cheese, and spinach stuffed mushrooms

My beautiful bird

Mmm...deep dish apple pie
No shots, sadly, of the delicious herb bread stuffing, Brussels sprouts with bacon and pecans, or green beans with fried shallots...

It was a wonderful Thanksgiving. A little sad for us since it was our first holiday without my brother, but we made the best of it and were able to celebrate with plenty of family and friends. Hope everyone's holiday was as joyous as ours!
