Spicy Asian Glaze (adjusted for 2 servings)
Adapted from America's Test Kitchen
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/8 cup ketchup
2 T honey
1 T lemon juice
1 T Hoisin sauce
1-2 t Rooster sauce (depending on how spicy you like it)
1 t fresh grated ginger
1 minced garlic clove
Coat meat about 5 minutes before done cooking.
